1. Agreement and operator

By using the English Yuli experience, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is operated by Yuli (getyuli.com). Questions can be sent to getyuli@163.com.

2. Age and service scope

You must be at least 18 years old to use this English Beta. Yuli provides local mood journaling, optional AI-generated reflection, a local weekly view, breathing guidance, and ambient sounds. Features may change, remain in Beta, or be discontinued.

3. Not medical or emergency care

Yuli is not a therapist, counselor, doctor, crisis service, or substitute for professional mental health care. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor a condition. Do not rely on it for emergencies or important medical, legal, financial, safety, or relationship decisions. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a real crisis service now.

4. AI-generated content

• AI reflection is optional and begins only after you choose it.
• AI replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive, or inappropriate. They are generated by software, not a person with feelings or professional judgment.
• You remain responsible for deciding whether any reply fits your experience and for actions you take.
• Do not use Yuli to create a false human relationship or as your only source of support.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the journal content you create. When you choose AI reflection, you give Yuli and its service providers a limited permission to process the selected content only as needed to generate and deliver the requested feature, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Yuli to break the law, threaten or exploit others, upload malicious code, probe or bypass security, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, impersonate another person, or interfere with other users or infrastructure. We may limit access needed to protect the service or comply with law.

7. Intellectual property

Yuli's product design, software, branding, and original materials belong to Yuli or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes while these Terms remain in effect.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The Beta is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free AI output, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yuli disclaims implied warranties. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Limits and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Yuli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Beta or reliance on AI output. We may update these Terms as the product changes; the date above will be revised. If you do not accept an update, stop using the service and delete your local data.
